Payment plans?

Yes! You can use AfterPay on our website for easy installment options and immediate ownership. If you prefer a customized payment plan, we can arrange it manually through PayPal, and you’ll receive your piece after the final payment. Just contact us to discuss the plan that suits you best. International Shipping?

While our website may not provide international shipping options at checkout, we do ship to Canada and can accommodate some international orders. Please reach out to us directly if you are an international client, as shipping costs for international orders will vary based on your country and location. We will work with you to determine the exact shipping cost for your order and if we can ship under your countries regulations. Please note that some international postal regulations can be strict, especially for jewelry made with "precious" metals like silver or gold.

Customs/Commissions?

We do accept customs, with some restrictions. Please see our custom page for all details.

Can I supply you with my stones?

While our preference is to use stones from our inventory to ensure quality and consistency, we may consider exceptions for custom projects. If you have a stone that meets our standards in terms of high-grade quality or sentimental value, please reach out to discuss the possibility of using your stone in your custom jewelry piece.

Does a chain or cord come with my pendant?

Each pendant is ready to wear when it arrives to you. For most pendants, we include either a vegan black suede cord or a stainless steel chain, while higher-end pieces ($300+) may come with a free sterling silver chain. You can find information about the cord or chain included in the product description.

We also offer various chain options in our chain section so you can customize your pendant to your liking. This allows you to choose your own chain style, and we do provide options in our chain section.

How do I clean my wire wrap?

You can clean your wire wrap with liquid soap and an old toothbrush. Carefully scrub away under warm water, and any dust/grime would be lifted away.

Do not use silver cleaning products!!! They contain chemicals and abrasives that can damage stones. If you would like us to polish up your piece, we can do so free of charge, just pay shipping.

Shop Policy:

Refunds: All sales are final. If you have any issues with your jewelry, please contact us to see what we can do, as we are happy to help. However, we offer no refunds or exchanges, no exceptions.

Repair: We offer cleaning services (free of charge!) for our pieces, and can offer you a quote for replacement stones or repair for reasonable damages (just pay shipping).

Shipping: Insured shipping (just $10) is recommended to protect your packages, and is available at checkout. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands.

Customs: For custom orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront, which is applied to your final price. The final deposit is due upon completion of your piece. After the piece is finished, we'll reach out for final payment, and you have a two-week window to pay. Please note that non-payment within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the piece and your initial deposit. We're flexible, and can arrange installment payments if necessary, but we retain the right to resell the piece if deemed appropriate.
